- Construction management We offer on-site management services to support and strengthen cooperative housing developments, optimise the entire construction process and help to achieve budget and turnaround-related objectives.
- Cooperative housing We see cooperative housing as an alternative to conventional shared housing developments and a harbinger of change in areas stretching from ownership to architecture. La Dinamo Fundació was born from the need to replicate and expand this model.
- Architecture projects Our projects are based on sustainability in the broadest sense, with environmental, economic and social factors being approached together, putting the service user and the community first
- Energy transition We see the energy transition as a necessity within the broader paradigm of degrowth. As a result, we take on projects and initiatives that allow us to both envisage and bring to fruition a fairer and more democratic energy model.
