Construction management While we believe it is important to offer this scheme within the cooperative housing sector, we also provide support to projects led by other architects. We work to ensure that the construction process meets the objectives set out in the development feasibility plan. We follow “Lean Construction” criteria to ensure the construction process is as efficient, collaborative and sustainable as possible, working with the developer on task completion and budgetary and turnaround optimisation. We believe in construction based on values and cooperation between stakeholders as a matter of necessity.
